Heavy Petting

Formed in 2012, Seattle’s Heavy Petting consists of Evan Anderson (guitar), Derek Blackstone (Drums), and Evan Easthope (bass). The trio garnered a cult following for their loud, explosive brand of instrumental big rock, which they took on the road across the United States in 2016.
After three EPs and one LP, Heavy Petting went on hiatus in 2017, only to re-emerge in March 2020 with the announcement of “Adult Program” and a handful of hotly anticipated shows in the U.S. Pacific Northwest.
